By using this service, you agree to review generated events before relying on them.
Permitted use
Upload only content you own or are authorized to process. Do not use the service to disrupt infrastructure, bypass usage controls, or process unlawful content.
Accuracy
Automated extraction can misread dates, times, locations, and recurrence rules. You are responsible for reviewing the results and confirming important appointments with the original source.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One successful image or PDF conversion uses one credit; failed conversions do not use a credit. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices shown at checkout apply to that purchase, while prices for future purchases may change as the service develops.
Refunds and disputes
Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. This includes unused or partially used credits and dissatisfaction with generated output. Failed conversions do not use a credit. If a refund or payment reversal is required by law or otherwise approved by us, the corresponding credits are reversed in proportion to the refunded amount. If those credits have already been used, the account may have a negative credit balance and cannot process new conversions until the balance is restored. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or apply limits to manage cost and abuse. It is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and is not liable for missed, duplicated, or incorrectly scheduled events resulting from generated output.
